Senior Manager/Manager Human Development Services

This position requires a dynamic HR professional with:

• Education Qualification:
  • Master’s/MBA degree in Human Resource Management (local/international).
  • Background from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • SAP HCM experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of academic environments is preferred.
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including managerial roles.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective HR strategies.
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and organizational policies.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
