The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, represented by the Government of Balochistan, has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments for the services of motivated, experienced, and energetic individuals to work with the Project Management Unit as Procurement Specialist/Individual Consultant.

The Government of Balochistan, through the Project Director, PIU-IFRAP/BIWRMDP now invites eligible individuals to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide detailed CVs describing their qualifications, experience, and contact information. An individual consultant will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection Process stipulated in “World Bank Procurement Regulations for Borrowers Procuring Goods, Works, Non-Consulting, and Consulting Services, July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018.”
