• Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale, diversified, and technology-focused procurement assignments.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring adherence to government procedures.
  • Analyze market trends, identify procurement risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and analyze procurement data for decision-making.
  • Oversee IT software/hardware procurement and manage vendor relationships.
• Qualifications:
  • 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience, including 8 years in IT procurement.
