- SCM Optimization Specialist (New Jobs 2024)
- Qualification: Master’s in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or MBA with a specialization in SCM. Certification in SCM is a plus.
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in SCM, particularly in the construction industry.
- Key Responsibilities: (New Jobs 2024)
- Review and approve procurement plans and budgets.
- Coordinate supply chain activities.
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance.
- Lead regular meetings with the supply chain cross-functional teams.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create reports.
- Compensation: Pay range Rs. 250,000 to 350,000 with health/group insurance.
- Procurement & Quality Control Specialist (New Jobs 2024)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in SCM or BBA with a specialization in SCM/Finance. Certification in procurement is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in SCM, particularly in the construction industry.

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
- Develop and maintain a supplier database.
- Issue requests for quotations (RFQs) based on demand and evaluate responses.
- Arrange testing of stores according to the desired specifications.
- Coordinate with QA Section to compile/finalize quality check/test reports.
- Compensation: Pay range Rs. 150,000 to 250,000 with health/group insurance.
- Forecasting Specialist (New Jobs 2024)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in SCM, BBA with a specialization in SCM, or Bachelor’s in Data Science.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in SCM, particularly in the construction industry.

- Develop and update forecasting models and methodologies.
- Utilize statistical tools and software for forecasting.
- Collect and analyze data from various vendors/market sources.
- Generate and distribute demand forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on forecast analysis.
- Compensation: Pay range Rs. 150,000 to 250,000 with health/group insurance.
- Finance & Contract Specialist (New Jobs 2024)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in SCM or Business Administration with a specialization in SCM/Finance. Certification in procurement is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in SCM, particularly in the construction industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile payment records with accounting systems.
- Process supplier invoices and prepare payments.
- Monitor and manage the accounts payable ledger.
- Resolve discrepancies in payment records.
- Develop and update contract templates and monitor contract compliance and performance.
- Compensation: Pay range Rs. 150,000 to 250,000 with health/group insurance.
