- Intermediate with a minimum shorthand/typing speed of 80/40 w.p.m.
- Must be computer literate.

- Qualification:
- Matric with typing speed of 30 w.p.m.
- Must be computer literate.
- If selected, candidates must complete a 3-week basic IT training course, including MS-Office, conducted by NITB within one year.
- Age Limit: 18 – 25 years
