Riphah International University is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Executive (Coordination) to provide top-tier administrative support to the Chancellor’s Secretariat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing communications, organizing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Chancellor’s Office on a day-to-day basis. Your duties will include handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, arranging complex travel, and maintaining documentation.

Job Requirements and Skills – Manager Jobs 2024
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of office management systems, project management, and IT applications (Smart Sheet, MS Teams/Teamflect, MS Office, Google Apps).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional planning and time management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
