Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: LLB/LLM from an HEC-recognized university or a reputed foreign university.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience dealing with legal research, advisory, litigation, drafting of legal instruments, and other related fields.
- Expertise:
- Strong understanding of regulatory regimes in Pakistan.
- Experience in legislative drafting, including rules and regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of national and international laws.
- Strong communication, negotiation, research, interpretation, and representation skills.
- High ethical standards and teamwork skills.
Age Limit: 30-45 Years
Key Responsibilities: Legal Advisor Job
- Provide expert legal advice on legal and regulatory affairs and perform all necessary acts assigned by the organization.
- Manage and handle all legal affairs of the organization.
- Draft and examine agreements, MoUs, and other legal instruments.
- Assist in conducting legal due diligence.
- Represent the organization in various judicial forums and courts, such as High Courts.
- Offer opinions on complex corporate issues.
