Position Details:
1. Principal / Dean / Professor
- Qualifications: MSN or Post RN BSN/BSN (PhD in Nursing desirable)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years (5 years post-PhD preferred)
- PNC Registration: Mandatory
- Responsibilities:
- Lead the nursing faculty and oversee curriculum development.
- Ensure adherence to academic and healthcare regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise faculty and staff to maintain high educational standards.
2. Associate / Assistant Professor
- Qualifications: MSN/MSPH and Post RN BSN/BSN
- Experience: Minimum 5 years teaching/clinical experience
- PNC Registration: Mandatory
- Responsibilities:
- Teach nursing courses and conduct research activities.
- Develop academic programs aligned with nursing best practices.
- Guide students through theoretical and clinical learning.
3. Lecturers (BSN & Post RN Program)
- Qualifications: Post RN BSN/BSN; preference for MSN/MSPH
- Experience: Minimum 5 years teaching/clinical experience
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct lectures, practical training, and skill assessments.
- Assist in curriculum design and student evaluation.
- Participate in faculty development programs.
4. Clinical Nursing Instructors
- Qualifications: Post RN BSN/BSN; preference for MSN/MSPH
- Experience: Minimum 5 years clinical or instructional experience
- Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on training in hospital and clinical settings.
- Ensure students meet practical nursing competencies.
- Assist in lab-based instruction and skill workshops.
