Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Solutions International
- Develop and execute category and channel strategies/plans for lubricants across retail, high street, and industrial channels.
- Select and implement an effective channel mix by collaborating with trade marketing, sales, brand, supply chain, and production teams.
- Analyze industry data and market opportunities, and adjust category plans as needed.
- Monitor monthly external price drivers, and present findings and suggestions to management.
- Conduct price-related research to understand price drivers and steer strategic price positioning.
- Develop sales and channel monitoring mechanisms and systems.
- Oversee the portfolio strategy, suggesting future product launches or changes.
- Create and maintain reports, trackers, and spreadsheets for management and sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- 6-8 years of professional experience, with 3-6 years in a related role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and safety standards.

2. Middle Management Position – Business Development (Fleet Accounts) Human Resource Solutions International
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed national lubricant revenue and volume targets for the fleet segment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financially sustainable and scalable auto care service station models across Pakistan.
- Responsible for the complete project solution of auto care services from inception to execution.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for OEM markets to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Work closely with the Lubricant R&D department to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:
