- Complete the application form and attach three attested recent passport-size photographs, attested copies of educational testimonials (degrees/certificates & DMCs), experience certificates, and a copy of your CNIC.
- Submit the completed application and a bank receipt of Rs. 2000/- (application processing fee) to the Registrar’s Office at Khyber Medical University, Peshawar.
- The application must reach the office by 9th September 2024 for in-country candidates. Candidates applying from abroad should ensure their application arrives by 16th September 2024.
