1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Faisalabad Jobs 2024
Qualification:
- Candidates must meet the criteria mentioned in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 amended up to July 01, 2019.
- Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants (CA/ACMA/ACCA/ICAEW).
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience in accounts, finance, and audit out of which at least 08 years post qualification experience in financial management positions with exposure to planning, budgeting, cash management, and financial controls.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant IFRSs, IASs, compliance with taxation laws, and commercial laws & regulations.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in similar senior management/leadership roles.
- Experience and familiarity with public sector organizations and infrastructure development projects will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and practices/taxation laws.
- Sound knowledge of ERP.
- Knowledge of PPRA rules.
Age Limit: 50-55 Years
2. Company Secretary – Faisalabad Jobs 2024
Qualification:
- Candidates must meet the criteria mentioned in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance Rules, 2013) amended up to July 01, 2019.
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience.
- Member of recognized body of professional accountants; or
- Member of recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or
- Holding a Master’s degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from an HEC recognized university with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with the provisions of Companies Act 2017, Code of Corporate Governance and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance Rules 2013), SECP rules/regulations, and corporate affairs.
Age Limit: 40-45 Years
3. Manager Security – Faisalabad Jobs 2024
Qualification:
- Applicant must preferably be a retired officer from Pakistan Army (recently retired within the last 3 years) at the minimum rank of Major or equivalent OR retired Police officers at the minimum rank of SP/DSP.
- Civilian candidates may apply having a Master’s Degree and 08 years of experience in managing security affairs of a reputed organization.
Experience:
- The candidate should have knowledge and expertise in handling:
- Security equipment, fire fighting equipment, CCTV cameras.
- Evaluate the potential security risks.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure the realization of the overall Security Management Plan.
- Monitor information sources for security updates and analyze their impact.
Age Limit: 50 years Maximum for retired officers and 40 years Maximum for civilians
