Positions Details

Branch Manager (OG-I)

  • Reporting To: Regional Head
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation from a recognized university; preference given to candidates with Islamic Banking certification or diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in banking, with at least 2 years in branch management and Islamic banking.
  • Skills Required: Knowledge of branch operations, banking products, regulatory requirements, analytical skills, and customer service.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage branch operations and achieve growth targets.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with banking regulations.
    • Oversee staff performance and training.
    • Maintain branch facilities and safety.

Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)

  • Reporting To: Branch Manager
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation from a recognized university; preference for Islamic Banking certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in banking, with 2 years in core branch operations.
  • Skills Required: Regulatory compliance, cash management, financial analysis, communication skills, and team leadership.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Support branch management in compliance and daily operations.
    • Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
    • Supervise cash handling, transaction accuracy, and document control.
    • Conduct staff training and performance monitoring.

Teller (OG-III / OG-II)

  • Reporting To: Branch Operations Manager
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation from a recognized university; preference for Islamic Banking certification.
  • Experience: Prior experience in banking or cash handling.
  • Skills Required: Cash handling, customer service, communication, and basic computer skills.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Process deposits, withdrawals, and customer transactions.
    • Handle customer queries and provide assistance.
    • Maintain cash accuracy and secure transactions.
    • Support branch operations and compliance efforts.
